Hey Guys so we decided to open a asian restaurant and there is many questions that we need to answer so we can get our plan. The questions that we need to think about are the following:
What is our restaurant theme ?
Who is our Target customer " teen, middle age or elder "
Which area that we need to focus on and improve it ?
For the restaurant name I would suggest Aladdin restaurant.
I like the name. the target customer is student.
ReplyDeleteI think main goal for the restaurant is to have a fast service for student life. We want the restaurant to have more CSU Fullerton student buying from our restaurant. We are going to create also an application for student to order their meal. So, the student do not have to wait a line to order their food. The price for the meals need to be accessible for the student.

ReplyDeleteI like your restaurant's name! It sounds exotic. As service industry, good service attitude plays a very important part. Your restaurant also can develop new dishes. I think it is a good idea to set students as your target customer, because they are willing to come and try something new.
ReplyDeleteI think that using "Aladdin" as the name of the restaurant might be confusing as some may associate it with a Middle Eastern restaurant. Good luck with your marketing plan!
