ReplyDeleteYou may want to consider using Google Forms so that you can easily collect the data in a spreadsheet to do further analysis. It's pretty simple to set up with it's built in wizard.

DeleteThese are different questions from the survey you recently made. It looks like you change the location of the restaurant to being at CSUF? Like I said in my other comments, I think you should have your restaurant very close to Csuf, so there will be a wider range of target markets. =]
